Versatil Readiness operates as a business consulting service. This page summarizes the disclosures you should review before completing the BRAIN Scan or engaging in any program.
Educational service only
BRAIN Scan and all programs provide educational readiness assessment and consulting. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice.
Not a lender, broker, or funding service
Versatil Readiness does not lend money, broker capital, or act as an intermediary in financing transactions. We do not earn commissions from lenders for referrals.
Readiness Score is not a credit score
The Readiness Score is a Versatil Readiness internal metric. It is not reported to any bureau, does not affect your credit, and has no relationship with credit scoring systems.
No credit pulls
Completing a BRAIN Scan does not initiate a credit check. We do not access credit bureau data as part of the assessment.
No guarantee of funding
No service, including ours, can guarantee that any lender will approve financing. Lender decisions follow each lender's own underwriting criteria.
Self-reported data
BRAIN Scan inputs are self-reported. The assessment reflects the information provided. Materially inaccurate inputs can produce inaccurate Tracks.
Software-supported analysis
The Readiness Score is calculated using rules-based logic with software-supported analysis. Final review involves human consultants. Future versions may introduce AI-assisted or AI-native features. Those features will be disclosed when active.
Fees
Service fees are stated before purchase or in the applicable engagement schedule. Refund terms are described at checkout for each engagement.
Affiliations
We are not affiliated with any government agency, lender, or credit bureau. Any logos shown on the site refer to organizations we engage with for community and educational purposes.
Separate from Versatil Financial LLC
Versatil Readiness LLC is a separate legal entity from Versatil Financial LLC. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Versatil Readiness LLC, the services, decisions, obligations, and representations of Versatil Financial LLC are independent from and do not bind Versatil Readiness LLC.
Regulatory context
Versatil Readiness LLC operates as a business consulting service in Florida. Where applicable, we follow guidance from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding advertising and consumer protection.
